Creator OS is a private system used by the Trails Media team. Information you share is not published anywhere and is never listed in a public directory.

What we collect

Your name and contact details, social platform handles and audience metrics, location and travel availability, content categories and languages, collaboration preferences and indicative rates, portfolio links, and any files you choose to upload.

How we use it

To evaluate and plan collaborations with you, to contact you about relevant opportunities, and — only if you tell us you are interested — to discuss creator management.

Who can see it

Only authorised Trails Media team members. Other creators cannot see your profile. Internal notes, tags and lists are never shown to creators.

Your choices

You can update or remove information from your profile at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by writing to the support address on the support page.
